Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Deposit will not be refunded, but you will have the opportunity to use it when rescheduling - one time. 2 rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours will require another deposit when booking again. If you’re more than 15 minutes last, you will be marked as a no-show. No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the service total. This policy is in place to respect the time and preparation dedicated to each appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
